Salaries and Bonuses Act Promulgated!

The Government of the New Republic hereby announces the promulgation of the Salaries and Bonuses Act (Act No. 19/Y27), duly adopted by the Senate of the Congress of the New Republic on Day 133 of Year 27.

This Act establishes the official framework governing salaries, activity-based pay, bonuses, and financial reporting obligations within the New Republic and its nationalized companies. Among its principal provisions, the Act assigns responsibility to the Ministry of Diplomacy, Trade and Finance for tracking Republic finances and compiling periodic public reports, sets the official salary scale for ranks and offices across the Republic, regulates activity-based pay, and defines the rules applicable to bonuses and additional compensation.

The Act also provides that citizens may receive one full-time salary and hold additional part-time positions under the rules established therein, while elected Senate positions remain voluntary in nature, subject to possible bonus recognition for exemplary service. It further establishes approval requirements for higher-value bonuses and includes transitionary provisions allowing implementation in a manner consistent with the financial stability of the Republic.

With its promulgation, the Salaries and Bonuses Act now stands as the governing legal instrument for compensation and bonus administration in the New Republic, subject to its transitionary implementation provisions.

Promulgated on Day 133, Year 27.
