I, Darcks Galvan, Deputy Chief of State and Minister of State, am honored to present the First State of the Republic Address. Today marks a historic moment as we commemorate the restoration of the Republic and usher in a new era defined by unity, legitimacy, and democratic resolve. It is with great pride that I announce the following initiatives, recognitions, promotions, and matters of state that will shape the foundations of our renewed Republic.
It is a profound honor to have been selected as Deputy Chief of State by our democratically elected leader, Chief of State Jonas Kanuteau. I accept this responsibility with humility and unwavering commitment. I solemnly pledge to uphold our core principles and the future Constitution of the Republic; to defend our institutions against threats, both domestic and foreign; to bear true faith and allegiance to the Republic; to assume this obligation freely and without reservation; and to faithfully execute the duties entrusted to this office in service of our citizens.
Together, we stand at the threshold of renewal. The Republic has been restored not merely in name, but in purpose—guided by the will of its people and strengthened by those who believe in its ideals. Let this moment serve as a reminder that vigilance, integrity, and unity will remain the cornerstones of our shared future.

1.1. Trade Announcement – Restricted Technology Datacards
The Government of the New Republic hereby announces that Restricted Technology Datacards are now officially available for purchase on the Trade Federation Marketplace (TFM).
Pursuant to the vote held at the end of Year 26, the Advisory Council approved the transition of these datacards from a limited testing phase to permanent public availability, at twice the initial testing price. This decision ensured that all participants in the initial flash sale benefited from a substantial discount, while allowing the Republic to continue its long-term economic and technological development efforts.
These datacards are exclusively available to the public through the Trade Federation Marketplace. Additional programs, partnerships, and future opportunities will be extended to citizens and allied entities, including access to respective discounts and special provisions, to be announced at a later date.Access the official marketplace HERE.
1.2. ESNB N°14 — Exclusive Interview with the Chief of State
The Executive Office of the New Republic is pleased to announce the release of ESNB N°14, featuring an exclusive interview with Chief of State Jonas Kanuteau.
In this interview, Chief of State Kanuteau discusses the restoration of the Republic, current governmental priorities, institutional reforms, and the vision guiding the New Republic into its next chapter.
The interview is conducted by Zefa Xeed and offers citizens, allies, and observers a direct insight into the leadership and direction of the New Republic.

1.3. The Constitution of the New Republic
The Provisional Government of the New Republic hereby announces that the Constitution of the New Republic is currently being drafted.
This foundational document will establish the legal, institutional, and democratic framework of the restored Republic, reflecting the principles for which its citizens have long stood. Upon completion of the draft, the Constitution will be formally presented to the general populace for public discussion, review, and debate.
Following this period of civic engagement, the Constitution will be submitted to the people of the New Republic for approval through a binding popular referendum, ensuring that its legitimacy derives directly from the will of the citizens.
The Government reaffirms its commitment to transparency, democratic participation, and constitutional governance. Further details regarding timelines and procedures for public consultation and the referendum will be announced in due course.
The Republic is rebuilt not only by leadership, but by its people.
